Wellsville Foundry specializes in high-performance wear

Crusher plates cast by Wellsville are a leading choice
for impactors used to process limestone, gravel, coal, brick,
shale and other aggregate, and recycled road materials.
Crusher plates are cast from ADI (austempered ductile iron),
CADI (Carbidic Austempered Ductile Iron) high manganese
steel, or special alloys.  Wellsville crusher plates can be
supplied with carbide inserts and manganese dies. 

The Wellsville melt lab performs a cooling curve analysis
on every heat to assure best-possible carbon control,
and tightest control of free carbon on all crusher plates. 
Crusher plates also have extremely low porosity –
the hallmark of a Wellsville casting.

Wellsville will cast your existing design, or use
stereolithography technology to engineer crusher
plates that best meet your needs.  The advanced
Stereolithography system used at Wellsville allows rapid
prototyping of parts with the highest accuracy and best
metallurgical characteristics for the application. Designs
for crusher plates can incorporate straight or curved jaws,
smooth or toothed jaws, and rounded or sharp teeth.
